We import the machines from China; make improvements based on our experiences with the machines and provide sales and support.
PROVIDED: The machines are equipped with modern PLC and touch screen controls. They run on USA three-phase power. All mechanisms that come in contact with the tubes are stainless-steel construction. Typical operational speed is 40 tubes per minute. The sealing jaws come with a set of coding dies. An automatic feeder and eye-mark locator are standard accessories. A temperature controlled water chiller is a highly recommended accessory. One complete set of tooling that accommodates your specific tube size is included with the machine purchase. If you have additional tube size requirements, we will provide substantial savings when included with the initial machine purchase.
